Refund Policy
At The I AM Box, we want you to love your monthly subscription experience. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement if available or a partial refund. Please include photos of the issue to expedite the process.
Because of the limited availability of products, as we do not purchase in excess of our monthly set box numbers, we may not have replacements available.
Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products within the box.
Unopened and unused boxes that are still sealed may be eligible for a partial refund if returned within 14 days, with return shipping covered by the customer.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before your next billing date. Once a box has shipped, it is non-refundable.
